JMax Property Management — Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 25, 2026
Welcome to the website of JMax Property Management ("JMax"). By accessing this website, utilizing our corporate inquiry forms, or logging into our secure client and partner portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our online services immediately.
1. Scope of Online Services
This website serves as a corporate brochure and data management portal for JMax’s property management operations within Ontario, specifically the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
-
Information Only: The content provided on this website is for general marketing and informational purposes. It does not constitute binding legal, financial, or property management advice.
-
Separation of Contract: Accessing this website or submitting an inquiry form does not establish a formal property management relationship. All official management obligations, liabilities, and service scopes are exclusively governed by an executed, physical Property Management Agreement (PMA) or Board Contract signed directly between JMax and the respective asset owner or Condominium Corporation.
2. Secure Portal Usage & Account Integrity
JMax provides authenticated digital environments (including Board, Owner, and Tenant Portals) powered by our secure Zoho data management architecture. If you are granted access credentials to these portal systems, you agree to:
-
Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your assigned username, password, and multi-factor authentication details.
-
Restrict account access solely to authorized personnel or corporate representatives.
-
Accept full operational responsibility for all activities, data modifications, file uploads, or requests executed under your portal session.
-
Immediately notify JMax if you suspect your credentials have been compromised or if unauthorized portal access has occurred.
3. Prohibited Web Activities
When interacting with our public site or secure backend portals, you are strictly prohibited from:
-
Using automated scraping tools, data miners, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest data or content from the site.
-
Attempting to bypass web security controls, probe infrastructure vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to our Zoho database nodes.
-
Uploading malicious software, corrupted file attachments, or code designed to disrupt our operational infrastructure.
-
Impersonating another corporate entity, board member, or individual within our inquiry forms or portal desks.
4. Intellectual Property
All design elements, original code modules, text layouts, corporate branding, logos, and digital imagery on this website are the exclusive property of JMax Property Management or our technology partners. Nothing on this site grants a license or right to reproduce, copy, or redistribute our digital intellectual property without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
-
As-Is System Availability: While we maintain high technical standards for our secure portal pipelines, online services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. JMax does not guarantee uninterrupted website uptime or error-free portal connections.
-
Excluded Damages: JMax, its directors, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its integrated portals. In the event of a conflict between these online terms and your signed, offline Property Management Agreement, the executed offline contract shall take strict priority.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
JMax Property Management is a corporate entity registered and operating within the Province of Ontario, Canada. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising directly from website or portal usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions as our technical systems, portal capabilities, and regulatory landscapes change. Updated versions will be posted natively to this page with a revised effective date.
